As Head, of the Technology Partnership Enterprise Office at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, Dr. Theresa A. Baus fosters partnering between industry, academia and the Division. Through the Division’s commercialization Program, she facilitates access to the unique expertise, equipment and facilities necessary for successful product development. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Physics and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics. She is currently completing her M.P.A.
