  • The opportunity to work with a 2 person Mentor Team to assist in the preparation of your 6-minute investor/licensee oriented presentation.
  • The opportunity to meet individually with Investors and Licensees in the WBTshowcase Exhibit Hall on March 25.
  • The opportunity to display your technology from a 8' X 10' draped exhibit booth, a 6' table and two folding chairs.
  • Your company or research institution succinctly described in the conference materials handed out to all attendees.
  • Invitation to general reception on the eve of the conference as well as luncheon and awards dinner the day of the conference - each providing an opportunity to network with investors and licensees.
  • Eligibility for the Best of Show of Awards, to be presented on the last day of the conference at the Awards Dinner.
  • All presenters will be listed on the WBTshowcase homepage.
  • Contact information and technology descriptions are made available to each attendee after the WBTshowcase.

  • Selected presenters are provided 6 minutes to present their technology to a national audience of seed investors, venture capitalists, and strategic commercial licensing partners.
  • Selected presenters benefit from a dress rehearsal of their presentations prior to the conference. Dress rehearsals are performed before an experienced and seasoned panel of experts in the commercialization of new technologies. The dress rehearsal provides crucial feedback and helpful advice to produce the most effective presentations possible.
  • All applicants will receive a critique of their application by the Technology Screening Panel.
  • Selected presenters can leverage their 6-minute investor-oriented presentation for a variety of marketing purposes.
