Poster Session March 22-23, 2011 - Arlington Convention Center
The WBT Innovation Marketplace is proud to partner with The University of Texas at Arlington to expose emerging, university-based research and technology to commercialization opportunities. The WBT Poster Session highlights up to 50 pre-selected, early stage, university technologies that are not market ready. This is the next generation of emerging University research.
The Poster Session is scheduled to take place in University Square, in the WBT Exhibit Hall, on Tuesday (22 March 2011) afternoon from 1:00pm - 5:00pm at the Arlington Convention Center during the WBTshowcase 2011. Each selected Poster Session Presenter is provided a board to display a 4X8 poster related to their research or technology and the opportunity to network with an audience of venture capital investors, angel investors, Fortune 1000 licensing scouts, WBT2011 presenters, and attendees.
Who Should Apply?
- Are you a researcher or entrepreneur directly affiliated with a University?
- Do you have an early stage, pre-market application or pre-commercialization, emerging research or technology ?
- Are you or a colleague available to speak with an audience of investors and licensing scouts on March 22-23, 2011?
If you have answered yes to the questions above and would like to be considered for the Poster Session at this year's WBT, simply complete the brief application below.
A $100 registration is required for all selected poster participants, and includes access to the exhibit hall and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, however there is no cost to apply. All applicants will be notified via email of their selection status on a first-come, first-served basis.
The deadline to submit abstracts is March 16, 2011, 5pm PT.
